Once we have accepted an offer to purchase from you, the sale is non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, if there is a fault with the voucher as determined by us due to a defect caused by us, we will refund or replace the voucher after further confirmation with the vendor that a fault exists with the voucher. Refunds or replacements will not be offered if no fault is found with the voucher and is subject to the vendor's discretion. You acknowledge that Voucher4U acts as intermediary and any claims must be directed to the vendor.
Incidental failures which prevent a voucher from being used for a period of time, such as IT outages, maintenance or service-related incidents outside of the reasonable control of the vendor are also not considered as a voucher fault, and such events should be queried directly with the vendor for a resolution timeline. You acknowledge that Voucher4U will not be liable to you for any breach of obligations under these Terms and Conditions where we are hindered or prevented from carrying out our obligations by any cause outside our reasonable control, including weather conditions, strikes, Acts of God, failure of any communications or computer systems. Notwithstanding the above, a refund and/or replacement voucher, may be provided as determined by the vendors with its sole and exclusive discretion.
In cases where a payment qualifies for a refund, the refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original payment. However, for Scode and ATM/Cash Deposit payments, as well as Debit card payments lacking a refund facility, refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer (EFT). Refunds via Bank Transfer may require a stamped bank account confirmation letter or a verifiable electronic version before processing and proof of payment. If a refund is issued due to a confirmed issue with a voucher or a cancelled order before processing (where possible), the refund will within reasonable commercial efforts be processed within 10 - 14 working days after receiving the necessary information or documents.
Since Voucher4U is not responsible for the supply or provision of the Vendor offering, once your voucher is redeemed you are not entitled to a refund (in whole or in part). If you redeem your voucher, but the Vendor has not properly provided you with the Vendor offering, or if you have a complaint regarding the provision of the Vendor offering, you must take action against the Vendor directly.
We are not responsible for refunding or replacing vouchers that have been used without permission once they have been delivered via electronic transmission. By placing an order on the website, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our returns policy & these terms.
